Quarterly Visits
Heating & Cooling (HVAC)
- Clean air return grills
- Replace standard AC air filters at no charge*
- Inspect wet and dry condensation drain lines
Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV)
- Wash filters and clean core
- Confirm proper operation and programming
Safety Systems
- Inspect smoke and CO₂ detectors
- Replace batteries as needed
Water Heater
- Inspect system and provide seasonal programming guidance (Note: Drain and flush services must be completed by a licensed plumber hired by the homeowner)
Lighting
- Replace light bulbs as needed
Smart Home Systems
- Confirm Levven Q App functionality
- Replace Levven switch batteries as needed
- Review thermostat programming and answer questions
Exterior & Structural Checks
- Inspect and clean rain gutters as needed
- Inspect perimeter stem wall for signs of termite activity (Repairs or treatments are not included)
